INPART (Inclusion Through Participation) Spanish coordinator for the research project within the Fourth EU Framework Programme. Other countries included the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal and United Kingdom.
SEDEC (Comparative Social Inclusion Policies & Citizenship in Europe: Towards a New European Social Model). Thematic Network within the Fourth EU Framework Programme with 12 EU countries included (all except Ireland, Greece and Luxembourg).
ESOPO (Evaluation of Social Policies against Social Exclusion at the Local Urban Level). Spanish coordinator for the research financed within the Fourth EU Framework Programme. Other countries included: Italy, Portugal, France, Germany and Sweden. International coordinator of the project: Chiara Saraceno (University of Turin).
European Citizenship: Great Britain and Spain. Comparative analysis network- the British Council and the Spanish Ministry of Education.
Democracy and Local Governability in Spain (with a research grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education). Spanish coordinator. This research was integrated in the international network on Democracy and Local Governability.
Social Policy, Democratization and Social Citizenship in Southern Europe. Research for the long-term project the “New Southern Europe” directed by Richard Gunther, Nikiforos Diamandouros and Hans-Jürgen Puhle and financed by the Social Science Research Council (USA).
